Baby Clare

Today I had another ultrasound because at my anatomy scan, they couldn't get images of Clare's kidneys, legs, and feet due to her position. Everything looked great today, and we got the following pics:





It seems like it is getting so close! Another 10 weeks or less and we'll be holding our new little blessing. Need I mention we have absolutely nothing ready? Oh well...

Sewing and Other Adventures

Now that I have my sewing machine back home, I've been working on a few projects. It's also a good way to keep off my feet now that I'm on bedrest. I've made a couple of tote bags, a couple of pairs of pants, and a diaper tote in addition to the following:

Grace's Easter Dress (hopefully we'll have a warm one!)

A summer dress I made from these instructions:

A tissue box cover:

And I recovered my glider and ottoman. You can't tell from the pic, but it is a retro print of a couple dancing.
