The fun never stops
A couple of weeks ago, Grace lost her first tooth (and then a few days later she lost her second). We celebrated with a dinner out and a visit from the tooth fairy. I can’t believe how big she is getting!
So my posts are a little out of order, but I wanted to include these pictures from our outing to cut down a Christmas tree. We went a couple of weekends before Christmas and had a blast despite the cold!

Everyone was so excited on Christmas Eve. As soon as Grace woke up, she was asking when Gree Gree would be here. The kids were bouncing off the walls and it was pouring rain, so George and I took them to Monkey Joe’s, a bounce house play place. We came back home and got out a Playmobil house that Aunt Chelsea had as a kid. I remember spending hours playing with it, and so far the kids are having a great time with it. Even Jake has been playing with the soldiers and knights.
Gree Gree even gave the dollhouse its own Christmas Eve visitor!

Two days before Christmas, we took the kids to see Santa at the Galleria. Jacob told him he wants an angry bird, Clare said she wants Dorothy, and Grace said she wants another American Girl doll. Note to self: do not go visit Santa so close to Christmas.
We’ve been busy! Back in October we celebrated the twins’ 6th birthday. It’s so hard to believe that they can be 6 already. It really seems like yesterday that they were newborns. We had a party a few weeks after their actual birthday, and many of their classmates were able to come celebrate with us.

Every since we started seeing the billboards around town this spring we have been talking about going to the health museum to see the Star Wars exhibit. The exhibit will be leaving soon, so we decided we needed to go ASAP. The kids loved it, although we were through it pretty quickly, short attention spans and all. Clare loved seeing Yoda, and R2-D2 and C3PO were also big hits. It was pretty expensive and I think the kids were a little young to appreciate it, but we did have fun!
