Finger Painting

Grace and Jake thoroughly enjoyed their very first time finger painting. What a time we had! The best part was when Jake decided to pull on the table cloth, spilling paint everywhere. Did I mention we were next door? Yes, Jake spilled paint all over my neighbor's kitchen, including a white fabric chair seat. Thank goodness for steam cleaners! I think we were able to get most of the mess cleaned up.

Thanks to Grammy, Grace has a new trick. We can tell her to make a scary face and she very fervently clenches her hands and makes a growly face. We crack up every time!

Easter 2007

My little ones aren't so little anymore! We had a great Easter. We got up, got into our Easter baskets, and played with our new stuff. Then we all got dressed and went to Mass at St. Jude in Allen. It was really crowded, but the Mass was really good and very moving! It really was a joyous celebration! After Mass the babies took naps, and then we all went next door for Easter lunch. We had lots of yummy food! All the kids played, and the babies even tried to do a little Easter egg hunting. You know it has been a great day when you are so tired you fall into bed!
